Hi Noom,
Sorry to hear this!
At launch we had accidently set Dream Visit Donations to £10,000. This was missed because QA thought that it was intended, but in reality it was simply an accidental extra 0 making it's way into the set up. We have removed it because it is essentially an exploit.
We understand that this will have an impact on some of your museums that relied heavily on these donations, but firing staff should help in the short term while you readjust to the changes.
The issue with your ghost seems very strange Would you be able to share your save with us?
To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).
Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.
Thanks,
Chizel
I can't play anymore because of the update :
I only launch the first museum of Two Point County, I'm now too afraid to go on my others museums, I would go nuts if I loose everything, especially the ghost bug in my "ghost museum" ... I would get mad.
So :
- Each time I add a new ghost in a room (where it is supposed to go), the ghost already inside the room change its favorite environement.
It occurs two time.
- Before the update I had positive revenue (+50k each month), and now I find myself at -50k, even though I haven't changed ANYTHING. I have four marketing offices that are still running, I thought the curve would reverse, that it was only a matter of time before the scales returned to balance ... but no.
Without having changed anything, my museum seems to be depleting, It was full of people, now it's quite desertic even if the visitors or extremely happy ... and I'm losing a mountain of money.
I don't understand.
I don't dare go see my other museums, especially those for which I had trouble getting a positive balance ... The balance explodes the negatives.
