Can you let me know where you purchased this from?

Some users that bought from a third party key retailer haver sadly been misinformed. If your key is for a physical edition then Advanced Access is not included.  We posted about this here: https://community.twopointcounty.com/two-point-studios/two-point-museum/forums/13-general-discussion/threads/2209-known-issue-no-advanced-access-with-key-retailer-keys?page=1#post-7602
