I've got 3 people stuck on the bridge in Wailion Lodge. This makes an entire building unreachable- no one can leave or enter.
I've tried making them theives but still stuck.
I've tried dropping security guards on them. They didn't do anything.
I've restarted the game 3 times (including turning the PlayStation on and off). But it didn't fix it.
