Occasionally on expeditions involving more than one staff member, the experience that each staff member gets following an expedition is significantly different. This difference not only includes each staff member getting significantly different experience compared to the others, but also significant differences from one (identical) expedition to the next. See the included screen shots as examples.
I can't pinpoint this to any one particular museum, expedition location, location event, or particular staff members.
Not directly related to the above, but while I'm thinking of it, the XP journal cargo item seems trivial a lot of the time. For example, if I send an expedition without the XP journal and the staff members get 35xp afterwards, repeating the expedition using the XP journal only gives 40xp afterwards. I understand that is a 15% difference, as the item says it should do, but it seems trivial. Perhaps some type of rework could be considered in the future to make it more meaningful, but without also making it exploity.
