Helicopter stuck before take-off, crew selected are no longer selected and its just sitting there. Steam forum said to save Zip file and come here, but where do I upload it?

There should be a section to upload save files as part of writing a post. Try writing a "reply" in the thread and the option should also appear as part of the posting process.
