So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).
Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

I have encountered some kind of stacking or dataflow issue.
It happens when your multiple times send out ads for experts. I am trying to find specific attributes, so this makes me use this awful a lot.
The issue is that the game starts to freeze when you click on the green button to open the menu to choose what category of expert you want to find after you have sent out several ads.
So just open and close it does nothing but continuously sending ads requests.
There is no issue about the first 5 times. After this it has taken a few times, as in 2-3 requests, or several times, 5-7 requests, where you notice the game start to stutter a micro second and start to accumulate making the stutter longer and longer until it is full freezes, and I believe I have been frozen in the game for as long as 5-8 seconds.
So the game does not crash or break down, the sound is unaffected music keep playing and the buzz sounds, but graphically it freezes when you click on the option to open the ads menu. So everything except that the visuals freeze is ok.
I must also add that the timeframe between ads does not seem to matter very much, maybe that you need to sed a bit more ads, like 5 more, if you have 10 mins between each ad but the result is the same, the more ads is sent out the more the game will stutter until it start to freeze.
Why I believe that it is a data flow or stacking issue is because the game resets itself after restarting the game.
Spec wise the game should have no problem to run.
It has an Intel core i9 that is just 2-3 years old, 3090Ti 24gb, 64 gb ram DDR4 and runs on SSD drives.
I asked on reddit about this and one person answered that he had the same issue. So it is not like a wave of people so it does not show that this might be a common issue.
It would be awesome if you could find out what this is and patch it up. I play for long sessions so during a long sessions I always accumulate quite a lot of ads and find myself having to restart the game several times when playing longer games.
