Present at all times. No fix found.

Vomit on floors is permanent. Janitors won't clean it and placing objects on top makes the vomit move to another space on the map. 

Found in museum Bungle Wasteland.

All staff and guests disgusted by environment.

Hello, it sounds like there might be some confusion here. Some of the "sick" on Bungle Wasteland is actually Sludge from the Oasis. As you play through the level you will learn of the ways to clear it. I hope that helps! Chizel

Its not vomit, that sludge from the contaminated oasis is part of the story. Keep following the objectives, the game tells you what to do.

Same issue and not just sick. Any type of litter/puddle spawns in random places and if you place a bin on top of trash it’s like playing wack-a-mole with it, it just pops up elsewhere.
