Game froze

Completely crashed and PS error report screen popped up

Restarted the game and no key or any active quests to get to 2 star

I am almost curator class 7 but really want to progress my spirit level (think it’s called Wailon).
the issue I have is that I reached 1 star and have not been given the key (my PS5 froze up and crashed when I achieved this). I now have no way of progressing this level without it as I have everything from all the expeditions to do with this level but cannot expand my plot or open any other missions without the key.
It is not in the workshop to make either and I’ve tried selling and rebuilding it too as well as getting stars in other levels and coming back again without any joy.
Any help please as I really don’t want to have to start it again. All other museums are at 3-4 stars.
