Your expert is level 5 but you need a level 7 expert with 2 rapid restoration.
So while you probably have a level 7 you don't have a level 7 with 2 rapid restorations

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Went to start expedition, clicked on "Ginormous Rock" expedition.
Step 2
"Setup Expedition" is greyed out as the "Rapid Restoration Level 2" has a red cross next
Step 3
Cancelled out of expedition and checked that the Expert I had chosen was qualified.
Step 4
Tried steps 1 to 3 above several more times. Closed down game completely & restarted.
Step 5
Tried expedition again with same result.

Setup Expedition button is greyed out on Ginormous Rock as it doesn't recognize that I have a trained Prehistory expert with level 2 Rapid Restoration skills. (Under the team required list it has a red cross next to the Rapid Restoration level 2 requirement.) I have triple checked that the expert is a Prehistory Expert & that they have been trained in Rapid Restoration twice.
Doesn't seem anyway around this so I am stuck in this museum at this point. Any help would be much appreciated as I'd like to continue. I am having so much fun with this game!!! Thanks very much. :-)
