Are your Botany Experts tending to the plants? When one of my two plants in Passwater Cove up and died completely, I finally went and checked on what my expert was doing that was so much more important than their job. They were giving tours. Of aquariums. I’d forgotten to turn off “tours” as an allowable job for them and  after changing that my plants were in much better shape.
