Guest are stuck in an infinite loop at the register in the gift shop on bungle wasteland map. it is at least affecting the science, goth, clown, and possibly other types. I have tried restarting the game, re-entering the map, closing and re-opening the gift shop, rebuilding the gift shop, moving the checkout, moving the exit to the gift shop, adding staff and a second checkout, and moving merch location away from the checkout. The glitch/bug still persists. Guests will leave if "revealed as thief" but end up getting replaced with the next guest or two. I have saved a 3 minute clip showing the bug.

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
opening a gift shop in Bungle wasteland
Step 2
guest trying to check out

Hello,

Sorry to hear this!

So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Thanks,

Chizel
