This has cropped up a couple of times for me now playing on PS5 where both the tannoy announcements and DJ audio will stop working, including during the cutscenes when playing a level at a new star level.
No clear cause that I can think of and quick load does not fix the issue, only restarting the game.
UPDATE:
1) It appears that using quick load is causing the problem to trigger but not every time.
2) The in game clock continues while the issue occurs.
