Does the issue continue after a save/load? So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

I've bought 3 plots now in the space museum.  Working on star 4.  Can't build on any areas other than the 1st plot.  I've tried adding space from the "edit building" button.  Won't let me.  I've tried using the building foundations options.  Won't let me do that either.

I had this problem in the Wailon Lodge area as well.  Finally clicking on the "edit building" button let me do so.  This two-point game is the most frustrating in this aspect than any of the 3.  It's the first game of yours that has had problems with this and with the story (what do I do next?  Why won't this work?) etc.

When it works it is good.  When it doesn't, I ponder asking for my money back.

Sad too.  Have played Hospital and Campus through more than once each.  Disappointed and frustrated.
