When perks are set to be installed, sometimes the installation will get stuck at 10%.

The janitor just stands there and nothing happens.

This might be happening when the exhibit is moved or modified in any way during the installation process.

Sorry no screenshots but logs and diags included.

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

Level up an exhibit to at least pristine.

Step 2

Set perk to be installed.

Step 3

Wait for janitor to start process.

Step 4

Select exhibit and move it (or replace it at the exact same spot).
