So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Having the same issue, Feel like ive been stuck on 11/15 hellmould for 6 months ingame, I have 

tried several times to attach my zip folder as requested above but the continue button does nothing once I upload it. Perhaps something to do with me also having winrar installed, as the file comes out as a "winrar zip" file. But the prompt says file uploaded successfully, so I dunno.
I might try to upload again tomorrow.

​I had removed 12 Hell-Moulds when I completed the objective "Pass through Riddleme Bridge".

After that point, no new Hell-Moulds have appeared, and the counter remains stuck at 12/15.
