Hello, Sorry about this issue. Please share your Two Point Museum folders with us so we can investigate further. They are located here on Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/com.twopointstudios.twopointmuseum/Cloud/XXXX (this represents a folder that is a series of numbers which is your Steam ID)
