There's a fire, I plant my janitor infront of the fire, the janitor has the needed proficiency and is assigned to the room and yet the janitor turns around and fixes something else. It's infuriating.

Something catches fire, press 'call janitor with fire resistance button'
Step 2
Wait as they walk past to go do something else
Step 3
Go into menu to assign specific janitor who was stood next to it anyway.

Janitors do not seem to prioritise fires and possibly other jobs like repairing broken heaters over filling vending machines/emptying bins. Observed with fires today. Might also be an issue with not prioritising jobs in the area near them first?
A small heater caught fire, I had two janitors walking into the area, one with fire resistance and thought they were going to deal with it. I pressed the "call janitor with fire resistance" button as well on it.
Janitor finished maintaining the small mister next to it then decided to turn around and go clean some toilets the other side of the museum.
In my mind the logical prioritsation is:
Emergency (Fire, broken environment system) > Job nearby completed job > next job in queue in zone.
At a minimum the 'call janitor' button should put that job at the top of the priority list.
