Just wanted to add this as well.
If possible could we get a change (or even an option in settings) to make the text in the objectives menu show up more clearly? You can't tell from this screenshot, but sitting back a distance from a TV, especially at night, white on pale blue is very hard to see. Could we have an option to make the text black against blue?

It's not that bad I promise, I just have some QoL suggestions I want to share. I've numbered each point with a corresponding screenshot for clarification, where applicable.
I'm putting them in PS5/Other/Unsure, because:
(A) I can't find any section for QoL/feedback,
(B) It's only been noticed on PS5, maybe some of this won't apply to other systems,
(C) The General section is often riddled with spam lately and I don't want it to get lost.
If anyone has a more appropriate place for it, then please feel free to move it, but as this section is pretty quiet, I feel it won't be in the way much, and I (or others) can add comments as we come across any other things, if that's ok with the devs. 👍
(Also, a dev response is obviously not required for any of these. It's purely to give a few suggestions, which may or may not be useful/feasible anyway, so I just wanted to be clear about that. 😁👍)
Ok, here we go! 🥳
1. Shortcut to access staff screen.
It would be a great time saver if there was a faster way/shortcut to get to the staff screen on PS5.
In Campus, you pressed square to go to the menu, then L1/R1 to jump to the relevant sections faster (if I recall correctly!). In Museum, you press square as usual, but then have to scroll over with the left directional stick to access staff/other sections. (You also need to scroll through the Exhibit/inventory section first, which isn't used as much, is there a possibility for them to maybe switch places on the menu bar?)

2. When in the staff menu, a "pick up staff member" button would be ideal, without first zooming across the map to the specific person, then having to pick them up there, and go all the way back to where you were in the first place. It would save a TON of camera panning back and forth!
3. Is it possible to add a "remember" toggle to the choice of ambience selected in a speaker, so that the next one automatically has that choice too? Having them all default to Prehistory and needing to go into each one to change it is a real pain when you've got tons of them! 🎶
4. Would it be possible to get an icon included in the staff menu to show what zone the staff members are in?
That way if you're looking for a janitor nearby, you can see by the colour who's in the area already.
5. Hiring menu reject option
In the main hire menu, could we get an option to 'reject' there, instead of having to individually click on each applicant and then click again to reject? Saves time if you're only looking for someone with a specific skill.
6. Exhibit list maintenance call
Could we have an option to call for maintenance in the Exhibit list screen? It's a great handy screen to see all exhibits at once, and calling for maintenance from that screen seems like a good option.
7. Menu remembers
Is it possible to have the Decorations menu in the Items hub tool remember which tab you were last in? Mine doesn't seem to, it aways opens in Prehistory, and I have to tab back to whatever theme I'm currently working on, Supernatural etc. This is annoying if you're decorating a whole section in one theme, and have to keep tabbing back.
Ditto for the Items/Museum Utilities menu. Sometimes I'm in the Seating tab, or Food and Drink, and the next time I open it it's back to "All ♾️".
8. Can I also add a suggestion from the General section that I really would agree with, and that was about the Workshop needing queues (credit to tauzanquen, the original poster on that one). It would be a really great help. 😊
