Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz

Installed Ram - 16.0 GB

System Type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 11 Pro 24 H2 26100.3476

I have played for 179 hours and was creating a museum in sandbox mode and as of last night I could create walls just find but now it won't let me. I click and drag where I want the wall and as soon as I release mouse wall disappears. I went back into my campaign mode and create walls just fine.

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Click paint brush for foundations
Step 2
Click Wall Partition
Step 3
Click where I want my wall to start
Step 4
Drag mouse to length of what i want my wall
Step 5
Let go of button when reached desired length.

Hi there, sorry to see this! We're currently looking into validation issues that produce the "!" but we'd like to see your save regarding sandbox if possible? I've added the steps to send over in the comments. Thanks! Chizel

This goes along with the other wall bug i posted. I started a new sandbox mode just to see how it would go and now when i am creating around walls at first they are fine then errors start showing up over walls i already created and not even near when i add objects in other parts of the museum. I have a screen shot of 2 errors ! that popped up when there is nothing wrong around these walls.

Hello,

Sorry to hear this!

So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Thanks,

Chizel
