From the screenshots, it looks like you still need to power one of the Obit Totem's nodes, I've highlighted it below: 
After Powering this section you should be able to complete the objective.

On the Pebberly Heights map, one of the star requirements for Blue Cheese Moon (getting 2nd star) is to Find and activate Anomaly: "Orbit Totem". I've gotten multiples of these totems on the Blue Cheese Moon expedition, but never at the 'average' quality level, which is what i'm guessing this needs to be. I have multiple in my museum, have added perks to them, and have sent them through the analysing machine to add more knowledge to them.
Still can't get that star though! :')
