Sorry about the difficulties when playing with controller! Could you confirm a couple of things for me please?
Are you connected via Bluetooth or using a USB cable to the PC?
Are there specific menus in game causing this or does it seem sporadic?

i am connected via Bluetooth and it just seems to be random during gameplay, I haven’t noticed it happen during a certain action, I could be in the middle of looking around and then it just stops working and the camera will go off in the direction I was going

I have the same issue.
While playing the game, the controller stops working. Game is not frozen as I can save via the TouchPad. I am using a Lenovo Legion Go. The controllers are attached to the game console. No Bluetooth. System is Windows
this happens with the basic XBox controller in Bluetooth mode on one of my PCs as well as the Legion Go which has its own built in controllers (being used via wired connection) which use the same protocol as an XBox controller. Same behavior seems to with both of them.
Both of these controller work without issues in hundreds of other games through Steam, Xbox games and more.
Hi, after about an hour of playing my Xbox controller will just stop working. The game doesn’t freeze as I can use my mouse and keyboard to be able to save the game. Turning the controller off and back on doesn’t work and then I have to reload the game for it to start working again.
