So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

I've also run into the issue of my expeditions getting stuck and not starting. I can demo the helipad, put it back down, and SOMETIMES that works. I've got a 50/50 rate on getting the expedition to start. This has happened before, but I was always able to get it going again with no issues. Now it's a constant issue. Thankfully I'm far enough in I could afford to delete them and put them back down.

I have also encountered this problem several times, but have always been able to sort it out after reading tips that other people share online, for instance:

- Go to another museum and then come back

- restart the game

- demolish helipad

This time however I'm really stuck and none of the above works, and also the trick of trying to expand the main building over the helipad does not give me the option to save (green tick is grayed out), however this works on my second helipad. Now in in a situation where the location I need to progress the game is locked. I have attached my two point museum folder as per instructions. The issue is in Bungle Burrows. Not really too keen on having to delete the whole museum and start over.

Same problem in the same space as Maximilia. I tried all the same methods that had worked before and none worked. Demolishing the helipad won't work as it states an object is in the way. I don't remember the specifics, but it seems the issue might be tied to the helipad getting too crowded by buildings and/or poor pathways. I lean towards the crowding 'cause usually when I've had to demolish a pad and move it it's after I crowd on it with the museum buildings.
