@jessboubou So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).
Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

I'm having the same issue as the other 2 commenters
Same problem, no staff crossing bridge, both plots unlocked and purchased.
Every plot purchased, everything on the map open and traveled to, I am completely stuck at "pacify 2 hellhole henchmen spirits". The portals say it's a level 8 task

After purchasing the second plot beyond the bridge, the area became inaccessible. The spawned nether portals say “invalid item location” och if I try to plop a straff member there it says “invalid nav”. The ghosts and the Hellhole Henchman is stuck there and cannot be pacified. There was no issue purchasing the first plot. Restarting the game has not helped.
