Step by step of the bug
Step 1
click 'connect' in the account's setting page 'Connections' on community.twopointcounty.com
Step 2
sign in to Steam on the prompted tab
Step 3
click 'Allow' on 'SEGA requests permission to redeem and activate CD-Keys"
Step 4
waiting while it processes the request 'Please wait while we verify your account, thank you.'
Step 5
getting the error: "Ooops, something went wrong."

Can't connect steam to my account here. I keep on getting: Ooops, something went wrong.
I already tried different devices.
(Connecting my Amplitude-Community-account to Steam works though, so the base process in itself might be fine.)
