So that I can try to investigate your issue further, would you mind sending across your Two Point Museum folder? To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option).

Zipping a folder is a way of compressing it into a smaller size. If you don't have an option to do this, you may need to download a program to help. I use one called 7zip which can be obtained here https://www.7-zip.org/download.html. The top option - ".exe - 64bit windows..." should do the trick. Once zipped up, you can attach it to your reply.

Had the same issue alongside another one and you may want to check this:

My experts were assigned a zone that did no include any staff room. 

Treatment, I think is not considered a break, so they'll not do that on their break and only during break they'll leave their zone.

So, my experts didn't use analysis room nor get treated. I unassigned from the zone and they all went about doing what they should.

I've also got my security guards stopping pursuit at the edge of a zone sporadically, so I'm currently only using zones for assistants and janitors.
