II'm having this issue on PC, it has let me build the room before I have unlocked remote rock and any of the story line for the marketing

Hi! I LOVE Two Point Musuem!!! Its so much fun!!! 11/10! Great game!!! Thank you for making this!

I am working through my second star on my second musuem (Passwater Cove).

As I was working through the campaign, I unlocked the marketing office, which I subsequently built.
After building the office, I got notified staff need to have the marketing skill.
But the training is never populated. I have tried closing and reopening game multiple times.
