Once found, please "zip" it and upload to this report.

We're looking into this for you.
My helicopter is in a similar stuck state. It is the Bungle Helipad from the science museum. It is stuck in a crew loading stage. I loaded up two janitors to go to the Surplus Supplies POI, and they just never left. I have one crew member that I believe is still in the helicopter, the other I was able to fire after trying to force them into the helicopter unsuccessfully. I tried the work around that was suggested of trying to delete the helipad with the drag and delete option, but was unsuccessful.
This happened to me as well. The helicopter got stuck after selecting one mission. My expert was already there (stuck) but the security guy didn't reach. After a while I've got the notification that the heli pad is unreachable.

Unfortunately, after restarting the game (to take some screenshots) this behavior wasn't reproducable. The heli started immediately after loading into the game. Glad I zipped the save game though. I don't know if this helps investigating...
Hey Guys, i've been playing since release and got now my first Star on Wailon Lodge. I started my Chopper on a mission as usual and when it came back it was stuck on the "landing" animation. I cant interact with it, move it or sell it to fix the issue. Restarting and repairing the game did nothing and the bug is already safed. Since there is no "restart map" i have to start all over again. Did anyone else experience this or fixed it by any chance? As of now i cant progress any further in the game :(
