Would love to see an option to remove a Staff his or her skill like sometimes you have a staff member and you want him trained differently with different skill now it would be great if we could remove a skill like happy thoughts and change it for something else instead of having to fire the poor person and hire a new one. So please add this option as it makes much more sense to retrain someone

This would be quite useful. If you've spent a lot of time training them up then it could save some time not having to train another staff member up three skills just because you want to exchange one of them.
