Universe city, strange meteors research project

I have a two level 8 research rooms, each with a member of staff. Strange meteors is not listed as a project. Any ideas what the issue is? Thanks

"Strange Meteors" might be missing because you haven’t unlocked it in the campaign, need to increase your hospital's star rating, or haven’t completed prerequisite research projects.

It could be because you haven't unlocked it in the campaign, It should be listed with a project when you complete the campaign.
