Since modern college campus buildings usually have 2 or more floors I think it would be a good idea to add this to the campus buildings in the game as it would give more room and better organization for academic classes, lecture halls, lounges, etc. You could have dorms and student activity rooms on one floor and the necessary academic items on another floor. I think this would help players because the buildings get cramped and you usually don't have enough space to add things to the various rooms to enhance the room rating.
