How Do I Get My Golden Toilet?

My partner keeps getting the message invalid domain name and yet it was his account and email that purchased the game so cannot register, help

Same issue - logged in just fine here in Chrome - but can't login while playing - get the 'check connection/password' error :(

I am also having an issue logging in on the PS4. It tells me to check my internet connection and my username and password. Everything is right. I verified my email and everything so it should be good, but I can’t get it to work. Please help.

On my xbox Icant press anything to get past the pop up

Same issue. So sad when you got 3 stars for 3 campuses but still don't get the golden toilet for the students :(

It would be better if there was an integration between this site (community) and platforms (Steam, Xbox, PSx, etc), so that users wouldn't have to login separately. Something like login with Xbox, etc.   The way it is right now just encourages very poor passwords, because people aren't going to bother trying to remember things.

Just saying. If every other major dev can do it, shouldn't be that hard for you :)

I haven't had any issues logging in, but once I'm actually building a bathroom in the game, I don't see the golden toilet as an option despite getting the confirmation message.  Any idea what I"m doing wrong?

What an absolute joke - no reply from the devs when there is clearly an issue. I am unable to play properly as it signed me out (when I was able to log in to county via the game) now it says it will be unstable as I am unable to log back in. Either fix it or refund people who are unable to play/redeem. I’m actually speechless no one has even commented saying it’s on the radar. 

I am having trouble getting my golden Toilet need help or d we get it afterwards the game launch?

Hi guys,

For anyone that was experiencing an issue where your email domain wasn't accepted, the support team have made some changes and you should now be able to create your account with emails who's domain was previously incorrectly blocked. Please let us know if you still have issues creating your account due to the domain.

I cant seem to log into two point county on ps5, when I click log in and press on user name it just asks me to reconnect a controller to continue playing.

I'm also having issues to log in, everytime i enter my user name and PW nothing happens.
