Hello, I just purchased Two Point Campus on steam. Any valid strategy guide for the game?

Not necessarily a strategy guide but I can highly recommend watching Blarla on Youtube. She has a playthrough of every campus (including DLC’s) and she gives great tips as she plays. You could also check out the Two Point Campus wiki fan site which I think Blarla owns or co writes. 

Pinstar is also a good youtuber for efficency in room creations too.
