Hi

 I've trained multiple 5 star surgeons on in different hospitals but the achievement doesn't pop-up.“On April 1, 2025, at Pelican Wharf Hospital, a five-star surgeon was trained, but it remains unlocked.“This issue has been bothering me for over a year. I’ve tried many times but still don’t know how to solve it.

why does the surgeon have 0 energy and 0 happiness and not on a break? have they just quit?

​It’s just that the value was 0 at the moment of taking the photo. I took a brand new photo. The issue is still not resolved. I hope the developers can step in. I can provide the save file. Thank you!
