First of all I just want to say I'm loving the game! Thank you so much for allowing upscaling of training separately to having 3 things to train in.

Unless I've completely missed it, which is quite possible, there doesn't seem to be an easy way like in TPH to control what roles/activities all staff perform at once through a matrix, hence having to go through each member of staff individually - similarly, seeing all staff pay in one grid and increasing individuals pay as well as the option to give all staff a pay rise is a feature I rinsed due to its ease in TPH!

Would it be possible to bring these two features across in an update at some point?
