If I want to redesign a particular school, I should be able to drop a class and get refunded the points so I can start a new course within that school. I love Hong back and redesigning things to be more efficient and this would help that so much more. 

*Key point: Maybe taking a hit on how many points returned would be feasible.

Bump! Or requiring the same course for multiple programs? What about a General Education program? Like what is necessary in the U.S.?

This is still an idea that I want. 

This does seem like an interesting idea. Would be useful if it were possible. Maybe a limitation that there must be no current students of that course? Or closing a course would take until the last class has graduated, so several years in most cases, so you couldn't abuse it to change up everything every year.
